Support When Pregnancy Becomes Your Reality

teens young adults worried and scared over looking a pregnancy test

Whether you think you might be pregnant or you already know you are, this can feel like a lot to process. You may feel confused, scared, overwhelmed or unsure what to do next.

If you are a teen or young adult, this might feel even more stressful — especially if you’re not sure who to talk to.

You are not alone. And you don’t have to figure everything out today.

We’re here to give you clear information and a safe place to talk through your next steps.

First Step:
Confirming Pregnancy

If you’re unsure, the first step is finding out for sure whether you are pregnant.

We offer free, self-administered pregnancy testing in a private and confidential setting. Results will be determined during your visit so you don’t have to wait or wonder.

Support Beyond Your Appointment.

Our support doesn’t end with a pregnancy test or ultrasound. We provide resources, encouragement and connections to help you navigate the days and decisions ahead.

    • Missed period

    • Nausea or upset stomach

    • Needing to use the bathroom more often

    • Breast tenderness

    • Feeling more tired than usual or dizzy

These symptoms can happen for other reasons too, so a test is the best way to know for sure.

  • Our Testing is:

    • Free

    • Private

    • Confidential

    • Self-administered in-office with results at your appointment

You do not need insurance, and nothing is billed to you. Just bring a photo ID (if you have one).

If you’re a minor and have questions about reaching out, we’re here to explain how appointments work and what to expect.

  • If your test is positive, you may be eligible for a free limited OB ultrasound.

    This scan can help:

    • Confirm the pregnancy is in the uterus

    • Detect cardiac activity when appropriate based on gestational age

    • Give you more information about what is happening in your body

All ultrasound services are reviewed under OB/GYN oversight.

    Why an Ultrasound Matters

An ultrasound gives more information than a pregnancy test alone. In early pregnancy, it is important to confirm that the pregnancy is developing in the uterus. In rare cases, a pregnancy can develop outside the uterus, which requires medical attention. This step helps make sure you have important health information before making decisions.

Our services may include support from qualified volunteer medical professionals.

Understanding Your Options

If you are pregnant, you may be thinking about what comes next and what choices you have.

We do not pressure you toward any decision. Our goal is to give you clear, honest information so you can understand your options and feel more confident about your next steps.
